HTC and Apple to stop fighting in the 10-year
Apple and HTC has just taken the agreement including a patent in the past and the future that both can concentrate on products rather than fight in court.
Apple and HTC have achieve satisfactory compliance truce in 10 years.
HTC and Apple confirmed the settlement of patent disputes and end all lawsuits by selecting a bilateral license agreement for 10 years. Basically, everything that is resolved smoothly and even the brief notice of the heads of the two sides to see this.
"HTC has resolved its dispute with Apple and so we can focus on innovation rather than the persistent litigation", said Peter Chou, CEO of HTC said. Meanwhile, Tim Cook, Apple's CEO also said "We are delighted to have reached an agreement with HTC. We will continue to focus on product innovation, next time."

It is noteworthy that the agreement applied for patents both in the past and the future of both companies. This also means that there will not be a battle between HTC and Apple in the future 10 years in the field of patents.
Previously, the relationship of the two companies started cracking on March 2nd, 2010 Apple has filed a lawsuit in U.S. court accused HTC of violating 20 patents related to iOS.
