Google and Microsoft "race" charity initiative
No appointment but the two "giants" of the industry of technology as Google and Microsoft have announced their new charity initiatives on 5 December, 2012.
Google launches Global Impact Awards with the first 23-million-dollars-funding round for seven organizations are changing the world with their projects. Microsoft is holding a summit on social innovation and in this conference, Microsoft announced the award of the scholarship The Imagine Cup worth 3 millions dollars for students with practical ideas to address problems in society.
One of the project to provide clean water for people in Africa to participate in the Global Impact Awards.
