Another day, another iPhone rumor, except this one's a tad strange. The China Times states that Apple will be launching a new 4.8-inch handset called the "iPhone Math". This strange name is printed in English on the Mandarin news site, so it's unlikely to be a translation error.

The iPhone Math will supposedly launch in June at the same time as a new, updated iPhone 5, and will sport an 8-megapixel camera. The updated iPhone 5 will come packing a 12-megapixel sensor.

The June launch date seems puzzling, as Apple has not had a June launch date for its mobile phones in the last two years. The iPhone launches have been in Q3 the last two times, and we don't see the company moving back to a June date again. There have also been other recent reports that Apple is working on a more affordable device that will use a plastic body, though there was no mention of size.
